Who we are

TeslaCare (teslacare.ge) is an independent service center in Tbilisi, Georgia. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website and how we use it.

Data we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo.

When you book: contact name, phone number, vehicle model, year and VIN (if provided), the on-site service address, notes and your booking history.

Technical data: session cookies required to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To receive, confirm and carry out bookings, contact you about your visit, and keep your service history. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). The site is hosted on Vercel and sign-in is provided by Google. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep account and booking data for as long as your account exists. Records required for accounting or by law may be kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and closure of your account. Write to support@teslacare.ge.
