General

By using teslacare.ge you agree to these terms. TeslaCare is an independent service center. It is not an official Tesla, Inc. service and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

Account

Booking requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and vehicle details you provide.

Bookings

A booking is binding once we confirm it. Durations shown are estimates. Prices marked “from” are finalized after diagnostics and confirmed with you before work starts.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge from your account up to 24 hours before the visit. After that, please call us.

On-site service

On-site visits include a call-out fee. You must provide safe access to the vehicle. Some work can only be done at the service center.

Payment

Payment is made on site after the service is completed.

Liability

We perform work with professional care. Warranty terms are given for each job. We are not liable for indirect damages except where required by law.
